Free WorldWide Shipping On All Orders

If you select free shipping, your order will be shipped via Registered Air Mail.

Registered Air Mail gives you:
– Proof that the article was sent (when lodged at the post office counter)
– Proof that the article was received
– A unique identification number for every article

A registered post item has its details recorded in a register to enable its location to be tracked.

Registered post items are tracked via the government postal service in your country (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, AusPost etc).

To track your item you need to call your local government postal service and quote your registered tracking number. Tracking will usually appear in their system once the parcel has cleared customes.

Registered Air Mail takes 10-15 working days to reach you.

How Do I Follow Up My Order?

First check when your order was shipped. You can do this by logging into your order account and viewing the order status. Check whether the parcel in transit is still within normal shipping times. If it is closely approaching expected arrival date, call your government postal service and quote your tracking number over the phone. They will be able to provide you with an update on the status of the delivery.

Canadian Customers – please note the following information provided to us:

“As of 20 August 2015, Canada Post decided to stop providing tracking information for international Registered Mail items coming into Canada. From here on in, once an Registered item gets sent from the originating country to Canada, you won’t hear anything else until the item shows up at your doorstep. While they have to maintain tracking information internally for Registered items, making the information available to the public is not mandatory, accordingly they have decided to stop providing it. “
